As a Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will combine marketing, sales, and customer relationship management to enhance business growth. You develop strategies to attract new clients and improve customer engagement and retention.

The Netherlands team is a small and agile unit operating within the broader Next Kraftwerke organization. We are growing fast and have large ambitions to lead the market in innovative energy solutions.

This is what you like

  • Target new clients, manage leads, and deliver compelling presentations to convert prospects into customers.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promote our services at industry events and use diverse media channels to maintain a strong market presence.
  • Manage the tender process, including negotiation and closing deals.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with key partners and stakeholders to foster collaborative success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine solutions and address customer needs, ensuring a tailored and strategic approach to overcome market challenges.
  • Work closely with clients to further optimize their energy assets and develop growth strategies.

These are your qualifications and skills

  • You bring several years of experience in B2B sales within the energy sector, demonstrating a proven track record of growing customer bases.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Engineering, or a related field.
  • A talent for simplifying complex technical concepts and communicating them effectively to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong negotiation skills, focused on creating mutually beneficial agreements and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • The ability to independently manage a flexible work schedule, adapting to evolving market demands.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Dutch and English; German is a plus.
