As the Operations Manager for our team in the Netherlands, your primary responsibility is to build processes and systems to support our ambitious growth plans. You will coordinate with internal teams, customers, and grid operators to ensure efficient operations and seamless technical integrations.
The Netherlands team is a small and agile unit operating within the broader Next Kraftwerke organization. We are growing fast and have large ambitions to lead the market in innovative energy solutions.

- Develop and implement processes and systems to support the growth of our Netherlands team.
- Facilitate customer onboarding and ensure smooth integration into our services.
- Oversee and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Provide high-quality customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Manage customer operations, including settlements and invoicing.
- Maintain accurate master data in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine solutions and improve the user experience.
- Establish and maintain workflows with the German HQ and Benelux team for technical plant integrations, invoicing, settlements, and accounting.
These are your qualifications and skills
- Several years of experience in customer service and/or operations management, preferably within the energy sector.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English; German is a plus.
